We
need
better leaders. This is the time to develop and empower our future
ethical, caring leaders. In 10, 20, 30 years time, we would like to have
leaders who are knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, wise and
intelligent. We
want leaders who care about the world and its inhabitants and are
willing to
solve the real problems with effective sustainable solutions, rather
than short-term
actions that result it long-lasting fiascos that has continued to scar
our
world today and is still continuing to do so.
We
need to
look no further than observing our current leaders – are they really up
to it? How can we really have better leaders in the future?
